Receive Your Quote
Within 24–48 hours, we'll respond with a detailed quote including the price per piece, available material and color options, and estimated delivery time. No hidden fees — the price includes production and quality control.
Confirm & Production Begins
Once you confirm your order, production begins. A 50% deposit secures your order. Each piece is crafted to order — there is no mass production. Production typically takes 6–8 weeks depending on complexity and materials.
Quality Control
Before shipping, every piece undergoes thorough quality inspection. We send you photos and videos of the finished products for your approval. Only after your sign-off do we proceed with shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
Your furniture is professionally packed and shipped via sea freight or air freight depending on urgency. Shipping to Europe typically takes 4–6 weeks by sea. The remaining 50% is due before shipping. We coordinate last-mile delivery directly to your door.
